Grand View Plaza Inn & Suites

Last minute booking at midnight, issues with my original place, I was pleasantly surprised. It had everything we needed, the lady that checked us in was great and even gave us bags of treats!. I would highly recommend a stay here. This was during the huge snow storm Jan 2026

The desk folks were nice enough, the room...never again! Bed and linens were clean and fee of bugs...I definitely checked it! |The room had one of the worst remodel jobs I've ever seen. Gunk and build up in virtually every corner, dirt and grime in the other corners.|By the vehicles parked out there as well as comments from my daughter and son in law who are based at Fort Riley...we weren't in the high end much less the middle class part of town.|If you are visiting military folks, ask if they can get you lodging on base....or almost any other hotel.

Stayed there Halloween 2025 because we were simply too tired to drive any farther. I will say that the lady who checked us in was very nice and quite apologetic that the price was so high ($110.00 including taxes) but there was a ball game and all the hotels had basically doubled their prices. The room was incredibly shabby. We're talking holes in the carpets and peeling paint. The shower seemed unclean, but may have been stained as opposed to something that would scrub off. I was surprised to see purple sheets on the queen-sized bed, but thought nothing more about it. The bed was okay...I've slept on worse. However, upon reaching my next hotel and undressing I realized I was covered with insect bites. Bedbugs. There's no doubt as they are the only insect I'm allergic to and it is reall

We came in after a bad wreck, late at night. They were extremely accommodating, super friendly, and even helped us figure out a good rental car situation. The room was clean amd comfortable, it was quiet and relaxing here too. I have stayed in tons of hotels and motels in the past, but this one is definitely the best treatment I've ever had. If you are ANYWHERE near and need a place to stsy, I'd HIGHLY suggest coming here. I definitely will again if I ever have the opportunity.
