Candlewood Suites Junction City/Ft. Riley by IHG

Bobbie was the best! My husband and I loved her! She was always so friendly and remembered everyone’s name! Rooms were nice and clean. Highly recommend if you are pcsing!

A lot of the appliances did not work, the remote control, the kitchennete, the microwave. Cleaning never happened in 5 days, so I had trash piled up. Coffee was too strong. I was dissapoint3d. Customer service was great, it felt the issue was more managerial or higher. Not repeating thus mistake with candlewood.

I stayed here for just 1 night with an advance reservation. Bobbie was fantastic at check in. I checked in later in the evening and I checked out early the next morning. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. This place is exactly what I needed after a very long day of travel by airplane (delayed more than 5 hours) and then a 2 hour drive in pouring rain. I had my good nights rest and was refreshed enough to start early the next morning.|If I ever come through the area again, I will definitely stay here!

We needed an affordable place to stay for the five of us and this fit perfectly. We were in walking distance to two restaurants, down the road from Walmart and even a Starbucks - not to mention just off the interstate. Clean, cool and comfortable would be the best way to describe these rooms. We also noted that there were tons of other little things there we could have done if we were staying longer. And, the front desk staff were so friendly at both arrival and checkout.

Had a really great experience at this hotel, was my first time staying at a candlewood. Susanne at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. Was refreshing. Clean rooms, pleasant smells, friendly staff.
