If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. One could debate which is worse...the roach problem or management problem. I had FOUR different kinds of roaches in my room in one day. I was there long-term and went thru 7 managers in a year. The management above them is even worse. Save yourself the headache, go elsewhere!!

Disgusting. Filthy room with roaches and fruit flies, smelled like an ashtray (even thought it is supposedly non smoking), no towels, shower head was missing, no trash can and I wouldn't even take off my shoes because the floors were so filthy. There were people hanging out in the hallways and parking lot at all hours and the guy running the front desk for the morning shift was out in the parking lot smoking pot.

I originally booked from October 15 through October 22, 2025. I stayed only one night, October 15, and vacated the property early due to unacceptable, unsafe, and unsanitary conditions. Upon arrival, I was immediately concerned by the condition of the property and the disturbing environment. During my short stay, I encountered the following: • The facility reeked of urine throughout the hallways and staircases. • Groups of men were loitering and congregating in the hallways and stairwells, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. • The floors were filthy and bathroom was infested with roaches. • The safety lock on my door was broken, hanging on by a single screw, suggesting forced entry or damage. • There were visible holes in the walls of both the room and common areas. • One of t

Smell bad. Dirty. Wait forever to get a new towel. When I need new towel, the answer is always “we are washing”. Staffs never take out the trash. When I put the trash bag in front of my door due to the bad smell, the staff told me to walk downstairs and throw by myself. What kind of service is that. They clean up the room once a week but they do not exchange new towels. They leave the dirty towels. Terrible! Since it’s non refundable, I have to stay there for 9 days. I just want to get my money back and escape that place immediately. Horrible! The bath tub does not drain. It’s stuck and always half full of water. They never unclog the bath tub. They did not even refill the toilet paper. No hair dryer, no iron, no shampoo, toothbrush or toothpaste travel size. I have plenty of bad things to

The worst you can stay at. Very dirty, smelly and old furnitures. But the attention at the front desk was good.
