⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic ExtendStay! I’ve been at WoodSpring Suites Houston Northwest for almost two months, and it’s honestly been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The beds are incredibly soft and comfortable, the rooms have tons of storage, a full fridge, dishwasher, and a cozy apartment feel. If you have dogs, this place is perfect—lots of grassy areas, fields to walk in, and they even provide poop bags. The staff is amazing. Every single person is friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful. Assistant manager Megan is especially wonderful—always positive and great at her job. The front desk ladies are super sweet, too. I love that they don’t rush you at checkout, and their late-fee policy is surprisingly generous—only $10 at noon and another $10 at 5 PM. Very rare and very

We checked into a clean and comfortable room. Amber was Amazing friendly and helpful during check in! Courtney was very nice during checkout and helped us dying the evening of our stay. The room was I. Good condition we will definitely be back! Best service at an extended stay

Average amenities, nice for the price. I gave a 3 due to the smell of cigarette smoke at a non-smoking facility. They were very accommodating to get me a new room. Pet odor was an issue. I think guests should have a preference of being placed in rooms where pets have been. Lastly, I had several stays over a period of time, but on the last day of my last stay, I woke up to a roach crawling through a meal I left covered on the stove. The manager did tell me they would've found me a new room, if they'd known. Overall its a convenient location and the staff was nice. Like this location Hallways smell a lot like cigarettes Extremely small amount of roaches but this is very common for places where people temporarily stay. They didn't want to extend my stay because I decorated my room window with Christmas decorations. Did like how they saved my stuff that I forgot in my room after we checked out.

I'd like to give more than 5 stars. Better services. Very clean and neat room. Well maintenance. Coined washer and dryer machines on sites. Highly recommended.
