This place has a higher rating than it should probably due to staff encouraging others to get some fake reviews out there to boost it. You really need to look at the bad ones. They're not lying. Only stayed for two days. Was first kinda impressed by the building exterior at night (cool lighting) and rooms being indoors. Impression soon started to drop after noticing little presence of staff and lower quality building materials. Floors have a slight uneveness to them. Walked into the room, saw cleanly prepared beds, but smells a little off, mattress is very cheap, fridge full of rusty spots, bathroom is tiny, shower faucet needs recaulked, sink is built very crooked and needs recaulked and the porcelain is cracked all over the place, the wood infrastructure under the sink is peeling up, to

Service was terrible. We stayed for a week on vacation. We tried getting someone to clean the room but we could never find anyone at the front desk. We called multiple times in hopes someone would answer so we could ask for a house keeper, new bed sheets and towels. No one ever answered! The floors are disgusting, mildew on top of the shower cap. They didn’t provide shampoo, conditioner, ice or coffee. |The bed is extremely cheap quality, very springy!! The sheets had stains, a hole from a cigarette.. yet this is a smoke fee hotel and the comforter was itchy and old looking. The pillows are terrible as well, they are extremely thin, no support and poor quality. To management, I haven't even checked in yet. Will do so next week Wed. Dec. 17, but just got off the phone with Allison and she was very helpful with question I had and came across as she is there to provide the best service she can for guests stay. I had read some reviews and saw all reviews were very good about Allison. Which made me feel very comfortable to place a reservation at the time of the call, because I knew she was sincere. Management needs to tell her good job, very hard to find staff like her. Tell her I said thank you for her help and good job. JEY

I have payed less for a whole in wall that was better than this place! Tried to check in 15 minutes early, could not accomadate. Understandable. Couldn't check in on time, what? Could not get my AAA discount I forgot to do on line, rooms are simple, states that on website. Cleanliness not great but ok. Water pressure of shower sucks! No lamps in room no mirrors in room. Did have kitchenette. No coffee, in room or lounge.
