SUN VALLEY RV PARK

For the past 2 days we had been looking into this rv lot , we were told our children and pet would be allowed. It’s gated so they had given us the code to go and look at the lots available. We were on our way to make a deposit and first months rent, when Donna called us and told us, that all of a sudden no children are allowed. Meanwhile there’s babies running around and kid bikes outside of some rvs , & Mind you we asked these questions prior and the lady we had spoken to previously told us , “of course we even have a basketball court for the kids, rec room etc”. This call came after we sent pictures of our 2017 RV. I’m not sure if they discriminated us, or what it was but it made no sense to us how they went from allowing children to today being an age restricted RV lot. We were excited

Stayed here for work the last 6 months and the owners are nice always making improvements to the park, easy to do business with and quiet park clean place

Beautiful quiet park. Well kept and rates are very reasonable.

My husband and I stayed there for about 5 months and enjoyed it. The owners are very personable and they have added so many amenities. Great location and great price, if you stay in Harlingen you can’t go wrong with this RV park!

I stay there for about 6 months and I don’t recommend it there’s big rats and if they want they ask you to move to another spot giving priority to there old clients pluse it dark and scary at night
