⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ Irene at the front desk deserves special recognition. From the moment I checked in, she has been consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. When I needed to extend my stay, she explained my options clearly and made the whole process smooth. She even ensured I could stay in the same room without any inconvenience, which I truly appreciated. Her attitude, patience, and customer service are outstanding. Irene is one of the main reasons this hotel feels organized , welcoming, and stress-free. She is a real asset to this property.

Stayed during Christmas time and had a great experience! Jacob was professional and on point. Naomi and Carolina were great as well. On another important note-I left a bag with plenty of value (wallet/cash/jewelry ect) and got everything back in the mail! An honest, friendly staff and responsive management! I’ll be staying here every time I go to The Valley!

I booked multiple rooms at Homewood Suites in Harlingen, Texas for a long-term work stay (over $12,000 spent), and the experience was extremely disappointing. We went more than a week without hot water, and the only compensation offered was 11,000 points — not even enough for one night. Several rooms had issues like leaking sinks, moldy smells, and one room without working AC, which forced my employees to move rooms multiple times.||I even had to leave and stay elsewhere for two nights due to the hot water issue, and no assistance or accommodation was offered. On top of that, my reservation was incorrectly marked as a no-show after I had already checked in online, causing more issues for my team.||For the amount of time and money spent, the service and follow-up from the staff was unaccept

Positive: Spacious room Negative: Would like trash can on both sides of entrance.Would like kitchen staff to be more readily available to refill items or for requests from guests.

We are trying to change the date for our stay because a mistake and they just decided they can’t make it work stating there’s no availability but when we are trying to make another reservation for the correct dates it is availability. Very disappointed because we are doing this ahead of time and willing to pay the difference price. They also are declining to make a full refund if we cancel since there’s not “availability” on the date needed. Now we will lose this money and need to book elsewhere.
