Positive: The man at the check in was super friendly and helpful . The room was clean and the floors were nice . I was actually shocked and impressed . Negative: The location is a bit off .

-1/10. Disgusting and terrible. Walked right back out IMMEDIATELY and could not get a refund. Biggest mistake even walking in as I can't get the smell off my clothes. It's booked with people “living” there. Really no words can describe how awful just want to vomit still.

There were so many issues that I’m just going to do this chronologically, because I don’t know how else to group these.|This is an “extended stay” hotel, but the website allowed me to book for only 1 night. When I got there, they told me I couldn’t stay unless I signed a document stating I’d be there 30 days or more, but promised there’d be no issues if I checked out the next morning.|The elevator was broken.|A sign said there was housekeeping only once per week.|When I clicked on the light in the room, I saw the cockroaches scatter. In several electrical outlets, I saw antennae or arms poking out. When I opened a drawer, they scattered again. I didn’t open any other drawers after that. They ask for a $20 deposit and say they will refund it once you check out, they lie. They do not refund any deposit given. It has been 3months and i still have not received the deposit i gave. Room was not damaged or anything for them to keep my deposit. Secondly,the blankets and sheets had urine on them and the front desk did not give us any clean ones,he said it was to late. Third, the room smelled like vomit,housekeeping uses dirty water to wipe down and mop. Random People we didnt know would knock on our door in the middle of the nite probably trying to rob us. People be walking around inside asking us for food,its smells like weed,cigarrets,dope and musty all through the building. If I could leave a 0 I would. Office said they don’t offer any kitchen wear with the kitchenette, room smells, looks dirty and don’t allow for a refund to go somewhere else. SAVE your money and stay in your car, it'll most likely be cleaner and more luxurious than this place.
