Great Western Inn - Forest Hill

The lady who worked in the office was a little cranky but sweet, she 'bout her money though, know that. The rooms themselves are very comfortable, the water is hot, but it could use some additional water pressure. Just know they're practice is to come wake you up around 9:30am when check out time isn't till 11am. Just a suggestion, if you plan on staying after checkout, they'll give you sheets once a week. Leave the towels you use by the door as well to get a clean set of towels, there's nothing more uncomfortable than having someone rush you to find the towels you so carelessly tossed about the room after...

This hotel is clean, tidy, fresh, which makes it very relaxing. The best were extreme comfortable. They cleaning staff did an excellent job. The work out room was large with good equipment. The breakfast as adequate. The price was reasonable

I love the location, It's right off the highway with multiple gas stations and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and decent. Bob Patel at the front desk has great communication and customer skills... I have and will continue to recommend this room to friends and others. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 10/10

This place is just fine if you're on a business trip and you need some more economical to stay a night or two. But there's no pool, no extra service, no vending machines so be prepared to walk across the street to the gas station and also be aware of the area that you're in a lot of homeless people so be safe and travel in pairs if you can. The owner lady needs to mind her own business it seems like she's a little bit intruding with her guests and customers and I don't know if she was ever taught that the customer is always right.

HORRIBLE motel. No towel exchanges. Also we had the jacuzzi suite plus another tub in the restroom with king size bed, guess how many towels it was stocked with?? 1 set. They don't want to come to the service window to assist with anything. They don't even offer basic anxious like free wifi and ice bucket or plastic cups. Anyway save your money and sleep in your car over this place
