It was very affordable. Very convenient. Pet friendly that was a plus. Although they did charge a 250$ non refundable pet fee plus 8 dollars a day which wasn't what it said online service. It said service toanimals stay free and so that was a unexpected expense. If your looking for some place longer term it's great,nothing is included you pay for everything even for t.v but 550 a week isn't to bad compared to others we looked at. Very laid back everyone stayed to themselves it was nice.

Positive: This place is absolutely disgusting. Dirty, rooms were not as the pictures show, clientele all look like drug users. Did not feel safe at all. The front desk even asks you if you want to review the room before committing because its so bad. Negative: They charged my credit card even before showing up at the hotel. They refused to refund me even though we did not stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Woodspring Suites Norfolk South. The property was clean, safe, and very comfortable, but what really made my experience outstanding was the exceptional service. Lakiesha, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind—qualities that make a huge difference when you’re away from home. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and the property. Thanks to her leadership, the whole place runs smoothly and feels inviting. I highly recommend Woodspring Suites Norfolk South, especially if you’re looking for a stay managed with care and professionalism.

I stayed here over Thanksgiving while visiting my niece and her family, and it was a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made the holiday trip easy and stress-free.||Huge shoutout to the manager, Keisha — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. The staff overall was great, and the hotel felt safe and well-maintained.||I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting family in the area.

Walked in and the smell of smoke and mold was overwhelming. Person walked by us with pants hanging off and appeared to be on drugs. Hall stunk. Babies and dogs crying and barking. The room was disgustingly dirty. Mold in bathroom, stained sheets, broken shades & cabinets, chairs had vinyl pads peeling. I could go on. We had to leave immediately! However my sister had a room that was ok. -0- rating for me
