Comfort Suites Chesapeake - Norfolk

Judy at the front desk was great!! We arrived early and was not able to check in as housekeeping was running behind but she was very kind and informative with us. When we came back to check in our 4 rooms the lobby filled quickly behind us. Judy stayed calm, kind and polite! She was such a pleasure and handled the little rush like a champ!! Thanks for welcoming us with a warm smile and a great attitude!

Judy is amazing! She and the staff and front desk team are easygoing, welcoming, and friendly. They truly made the entire trip smooth and stress-free. The rooms are comfortable, consistently clean, and well-maintained. Everything feels fresh and inviting, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. It’s a great value for the quality of service and comfort you receive. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

Stayed overnight to start a cruise this morning. Very convenient to were we were parking for the cruise. Room was very nice. Great bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bed. Safe area and very quiet. Hot breakfast was really good. Staff was very friendly and check in and out was easy and fast.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was amazing for such an affordable price. Check in/out times were great. The breakfast had many options and was fresh and well stocked. I will use this hotel whenever I come to the area, and definitely recommend it to others!

Front desk person was helpful AND funny! Plus cookies available at checkin? Yum!||Room was very comfortable and clean. King bed plus a spacious, comfortable sitting area. Fridge, microwave, coffee setup. Plenty of outlets for devices. Good strong shower. ||Breakfast: yum! Waffles, eggs, sausages, juice, cereal, toast, coffee/tea... lots to chose from!||Free and plentiful parking. Very reasonable rate. All good!
