WoodSpring Suites Chesapeake-Norfolk Greenbrier

The staff was incredibly welcoming. They even gave me great recommendations for local spots to eat after a long day of shopping.|Everything was clean,and super convenient. Whether you’re here for a quick weekend trip or need to be near the shops for a longer stay, I highly recommend this spot. I will definitely be back!

Pros: Close to major a highway, Greenbrier Mall, Kroger grocery store, and various restaurants. It was one of the few hotels available due to the upcoming July holiday...$79 per night!! Shannon purchased new pillows because the other replacements smelled of cigarette smoke!!! Cons: After over 11 hours of driving from Tennessee, we were beyond tired and ready for a great hot shower and an awesome night's rest!!! That. Did. Not. Happen!!!! 1. The water from the shower head just sat at us...it was so weak!!! It did not improve for the duration of our stay! The water temperature was great although the pressure was disgusting! 2. The bathroom door looked as if it had suffered water damage...it was warped and did not securely close. 3. Both beds had HAIR in them!!! One bed had 3 small pieces so

We stayed in Room 320. From the very beginning of my stay, the staff at WoodSpring Suites have been amazing to me and my family. They treat us just like family and always go above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable. Every staff member has been kind, respectful, and helpful in every way.||What I appreciate most is that they always work with us, not against us. You can tell they truly care about their guests and do everything they can to make your stay a positive experience.||I’m very thankful for the hospitality and support we’ve received, this hotel really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

This was such a GREAT experience! Once arrived we were greeted with a smile. The staff is amazing! (Ms. Kelly, Doug, Ms. Shannon and Ms.Tracy) Ms. Rayvon has a bubbly personality, she's really nice and she's always willing to assist. This hotel is nice and clean and very comfortable.
