WoodSpring Suites Baton Rouge East I-12

Positive: Nothing Negative: I was moved to three different rooms. Broken cabinets, the room door didn’t lock in the second room. Roaches in elevator, rust on the fridge, horrible smell, neighborhood horrible staff in concerned trash was full in trash near lobby for 2 days

Decently priced, and solid location. Not too far from the Mall of Louisiana, and right around fast food restaurants for quick eats. Only thing I’d love is a vacuum cleaner. Sadly I know other guests possibly steal them and probably misuse them, but if you ask for something at the front desk they’ll do their best to assist you!

The front desk staff is so nice. Ms D and Autumn and Asia are the best front desk staff. I always return when im in town . This is a great hotel!!

We had to share our room with a few German cockroaches and the bathroom door handle fell off but even when it was on, there’s a very large hole. So many things were held together with glue, (see pics). The refrigerator was the only clean thing in the room. Very disappointing, the whole place smelled terribly all the time.. The bed is basic but the pillows are so thin, I woke up with a stif neck every morning. The main cabinet was missing its door, the “dresser” was missing a drawer, blinds were dusty and the sheets were stained. This was our first time staying at a Woodspring Suite, after this experience we will never book at a Woodspring again. The only reason we stayed was because every other place was booked up due to it being LSU’s homecoming. Please see the attached pictures.

Woodspring in baton rouge gave horrible service. When got there there was no one at the front desk. They had a sign mentioned if we checked in late are those problems to call 500 on the phone that was in the hallway . Those about two other people that was there trying to check in we kept calling we didn't get no service until we have to call customer service for the company. The front desk came to the front talk to us through a closed gate in order that passes our card. When I got to the room the room had an offer the floors was wet the toilet was loose and leaking water coming from the tub or the toilet. They had no smoke detector. I can say overall I had the worst day ever I would never recommend this place to no one.
