My family and I have stayed for several months and I wanted to personally say no such thing in life perfect, but what a joy it was to have been here while I was! Truly a blessing and joy! The staff was so good to my family and always accommodating. Every morning I felt like I was visiting my family. Thank you, Lazelle, Aleah, Alex, and Ruby! Truly all amazing and such caring people. I can’t even put into words how atrocious this place is. Nobody at the front desk. Rooms aren’t secure & they smell like either smoke or vape juice, take your pick. The hallways smell like a hot box. The bed is really a mattress wannabe (more like a futon?) on a metal frame, and the bathrooms are straight out of a 1990s college dorm. But the worst thing was that the place seems to be renting by the hour with a vibe that doesn’t feel safe. I couldn’t cancel that reservation fast enough.

Ive been here for close to 2 years, I have seen 3 hotel managers come and go, and many more come through the front desk position also. The current management is by far the most absurd. Over $40,000 dollars is what it has cost me to stay here for the time I have been here, but that means absolutely nothing. I've put up with a roach infestation, broke down elevator, out of date building inspections, transition periods with new management. Today Christmas day, was a new low... I get nothing more than a threat to vacate on a past due balance if gone unpaid by tomorrow morning. I had spoke with the front desk a couple of days ago and requested that management reach out due to a discrepancy in billing on their end. I tried to catch management on shift but had been unsuccessful. However, none the

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! I arrived to find approximately 15-20 individuals hanging out outside drinking beer and grilling. Upon entry to my room it had an unfresh stale smell to it. I checked in late and was exhausted so I stayed the night. About 1a found that the toilet didn’t flush. In the morning I woke up with hives/bites on my legs. Went downstairs at 630a to talk with staff, not a staff person to be found. Walking out the front door there was overflowing trash of food and beer cans. This is the worst part….try and cancel a reservation? I spoke with the Manager Eric Colon about my concerns and expressed the fact that I was looking to cancel my next days reservation. Eric was very condescending and answered “you’re good” after hearing my concerns and asking for a cancellation. I re
