Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center

Excellent stay from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Service throughout the hotel was professional and genuinely friendly. What really stood out for me was the Rivery Park walkway. As someone who prioritizes staying active while traveling, I was impressed, the ability to have a trail like walk was definitely what I needed after a long drive. Definitely a plus for anyone who values wellness on the road. The location is also ideal, convenient yet quiet, making it easy to focus, rest, and recharge. I’d absolutely stay here again and would confidently recommend it to business travelers, families, and anyone looking to keep their routine intact while away from home.🙏❤️🙂

The room was excellent - spacious, well-furnished, clean, and comfortable. The lobby is excellent with a bar and areas to work. The conference facilities are very good, as is the food service for conferences. The restaurant was attractive, spacious, and served a delicious chicken sandwich and fries for my lunch. If you have the time to enjoy the property, staying here is worth an extra $50 over staying at a mid-tier highway hotel.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and visually appealing! From the beautiful selection of furniture, to the decor, to the art on the walls, it’s very warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly and happy to help! My experience with the restaurant staff was pleasant and they always greeted me with a smile and great conversations! Outside the hotel is a walking path, leading through nature, surrounded by trees and a around a pond. The outdoor patio has a nice pool and community seating with games to enjoy with family or friends. We will definitely return soon for another visit!

It’s a lovely hotel situated in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood. It seems that parts of the property have been renovated, though the room I received hadn’t been updated yet. While the room showed some signs of aging, it was generally well maintained. My main concern was the carpeting, it felt dirty and sticky, which affected the overall comfort. On the positive side, the staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, were consistently friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was better than what I typically experience at a Sheraton. Although there was no Club Sheraton lounge, the reception staff were happy to offer drinks and snacks upon request.

Hotel staff was awesome! The lady at the downstairs restaurant, me bugging her with a cappuccinos for days, she always with a smile, the receptionists all of them made our stay better. Food was good and rooms were well kept.
