Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Austin Georgetown

My husband stayed here for a work trip. His company PREPAID for the room. They made him put his card on file. I assume for incidentals. His boss called and had them put it on her business card. They still took $150 out of his account. 2 days later, his money was back in his account, great! Today, they took another $150 out? What for? He was only checked in his room for maybe 12 hours total. Several of which he was out exploring town. This is very disheartening as his company uses this hotel regularly.

We stayed here over a weekend for a hiking trip. The hotel is easy to find and right off the highway. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and every interaction with the front desk was pleasant. ||Our floor had a slight smell but the room did not. AC worked wonderfully and kept us cool and comfortable all night. Room was very clean and served our needs well. It came with a mini fridge and a microwave which was a nice addition. ||Parking was no hassle as they have a spacious lot. It is connected to a lot of different restaurants and an Aldi so you have options to purchase food without needing to drive. ||We had a great experience here and will return again if we’re in the area.

Positive: The staff was very nice. A lady checked us in. Very nice lady! Hotel was clean. Negative: We had no hot water!!!! Both night dnd morning snd could not bathe! There was no cable working either so we could not watch the news!

Every single staff member was very courteous. Every single one of them greeted us and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was on time and it was Christmas Day. They had a Hot Chocolate Bar on Christmas Eve. It was just a wonderful time with my family

Faith, the bartender stayed open for us when she had no customers ! My partner and I had the worst week and were here for one night!! She made it for us. Amazing customer service - and that’s me, as a Dallas bartender. She was amazing. 10/10 will come back just to see her!!
