WoodSpring Suites Asheville - Biltmore West

I lived at this location for about 4 months and my experience there was wonderful. The rooms are nice, like little studio apartments with a full size fridge, microwave, stove top, large kitchen sink, plenty of cabinet space, large "closet"area (shelf with bar for hanging clothes), full size bathroom and tub with excellent water pressure and never ending hot water. on site laundry room that you can pay with an app for only$3 per load. The staff is very polite, professional, and accommodating. Especially Mrs. Frieda at the front desk, she's so sweet and pleasant to talk to. Maintenance is quick to respond to any kind of need you might have in the room. the rates are very reasonable for the area. I highly recommend this place for any length of stay. The rooms are great and clean. For any extended stay having the kitchen area is a great convenience and money saver. Even if you are paying a little more for the room than others, you are going to save money overall by being able to buy groceries and food to eat instead of spending the money to eat at restaurants every meal. The staff were not all friendly. One was the other not at all. I had to wait 15 mins to get linens exchanged and go through a confusing set of questions and conversation about how long I was staying and if I paid a $10 fee. Also all of the dryers in the laundry room except one was out of order, so 5 out of six, but only 3 had signs, so I lost $6 in the dryers that was supposed to be refunded when the repair person from the company came but I never received any refund.

I have been staying here as a full time resident for a lil over a month now and plan on staying for the foreseeable future while transitioning between housing (hard to find affordable living in AVL!) and it's been fantastic. The rooms are large, and clean, with plenty of storage, even under the beds! There's a kitchenette with a full size fridge, and stove top, no oven, but I personally have an air fryer and there's a microwave of course so it works out fine. They're basically like little studio apartments. It's nice and quiet here for the most part, and the other guests that are staying long term so far have all been friendly and respectful. Over all stay was okay. Quiet, that’s always nice. However, my room was supposed to be cleaned on the second Thursday, it wasn’t. I called down that afternoon to front desk, they said it would be done the next day. No problem, well it wasn’t. I checked out that Saturday night late and it still hadnt been cleaned. Other motels in area charge relatively competitive prices and clean daily. Not impressed. I paid for a service and expect for them to keep there end [Review collected by TrustYou]

A red eye flight in economy is comparatively quiet and refreshing. It's 5 am as I write this, after very little sleep. The car alarms have ceased for now and the drunks setting off fireworks seem to be done for the night. The upstairs neighbor is still furiously pacing back and forth, and because the entire building is made from popsicle sticks and cardboard, it sounds like they are inside my room. The common areas all reek of smoke and are not clean.
