Our stay at the Windsor was amazing! The staff members at the front desk were attentive and informative, and they responded quickly to any questions we had about the hotel itself and about Asheville in general. ||My wife and I booked the executive suite for our anniversary, and we were blown away by what we walked into. It was spacious, clean and well outfitted; the kitchen area had all the appliances and dishes we needed for meals, coffee and more. The living room and bedroom were cozy, and the washroom was stocked with curated soaps and shampoos. The suite's decor felt warm and inviting while also having an artistic charm. We felt right at home!||The hotel itself is surrounded by great restaurants and cafés, all within walking distance. Wasabi sushi, Mellow Mushroom, and Old Europe Café

I’m writing this as we walk out the door on our last day, and I can honestly say I am officially obsessed. What an extraordinary place. The decor, the overall vibe, and especially the staff all far exceeded my expectations. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated — from the luxurious robes and cozy throws to the local coffee, chilled beer glasses, beautiful artwork, and even the perfect shower pressure. The room was spotless, the complimentary drinks and snacks were such a lovely touch, and having a TV in the bedroom made it feel extra comfortable. What stood out most was the staff. Every single person I encountered was so wonderful to interact with that I kept wondering, “Could they be the owner?” That’s how much care and pride everyone seemed to have. I wish I could remember the name

Our family had such a wonderful stay at Windsor Boutique Hotel in Asheville. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. Traveling as a family of five, we especially appreciated having a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and oven. It made mornings easy and gave us flexibility with meals — something that truly makes a difference when traveling with kids. The added touches, like games available for the children, made the space feel even more family-friendly and inviting. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and activities throughout downtown Asheville, which made exploring the city effortless. Being able to park and enjoy the city on foot added so much ease to our tr

Wow! We had a wonderful stay at the Windsor Boutique Hotel. The rooms were beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was really comfortable. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was the main selling point for us. The parking situation is easy-peasy and you can unload in front of the hotel before parking. The front desk staff is very kind and professional. The location can't be beat. We were able to walk to everything we needed and never had to use our car once all week! I hope to stay again during my next trip to Asheville!

Exceptional stay - thoughtful, stylish, and perfectly located! We had a wonderful stay at Windsor Boutique Hotel! The rooms are large and spacious, with a full kitchen that’s incredibly well equipped—everything you’d need for cooking, plus great coffee setups. And super clean! The design is cozy yet modern, with a really cool aesthetic that makes the space feel both comfortable and elevated. What really stands out is the attention to detail. In-room washer and dryer, cozy robes and slippers, bottled water and snacks available in the lobby—every little touch feels intentional and guest-focused. The hotel is also filled with unique artwork; it genuinely feels like walking through a gallery at every turn. The location is excellent—walkable to nearby cafés, markets, and bars, making it easy
