The Inn on Biltmore Estate

The Inn on Biltmore Estates is a beautiful location on a hill that overlooks the grounds. So the view is stunning. The interior is beautifully designed and has a warm inviting feeling with beautiful wood touches. A huge fireplace in the lobby level invites you to sit down and relax. We had a king deluxe room and it was roomy and beautifully designed, with plenty of space to sit and read or work. The bedding was extremely comfy. The bed was a little firm for my preference,but my husband loved it. Finally, the staff was very attentive and helpful making sure we had everyrhing we needed.

All employees were helpful and super-gracious during our 4-night stay, but a special shout-out to Amanda, the bartender, who managed singlehandedly to keep things running smoothly for a big holiday crowd in the Library Lounge -- which really expands to be more of a "Lobby Bar" with foodservice. I guess I thought this was going to be an "historic" hotel just because of the location, but it was built in the last 25 years. So I don't understand some of the main-floor design choices, or why it hasn't been improved in renovations. The "bar" is really just a service bar -- about 4 barstools and a table in a tiny room tucked into a corner. That would be OK -- I probably don't agree with another customer that night who wondered why they didn't put a decent-sized horseshoe-shaped bar in the

My husband and I stayed at the Inn for our anniversary and it was honestly unforgettable! From the time we got there, the valet gentlemen were so courteous and patient while we were navigating our first stay. Elizabeth immediately made us feel welcomed upon checkin and turned our confusion into comfort. The champagne was a perfect start! Dale, our bellman was so kind and personable and truly made us feel like it was worth every penny. Laura, our trolley driver was fantastic, making our travel seamless. For breakfast, we had Gerri as our server and she was so phenomenal and attentive that we requested her every time we went! The location of the Inn was convenient for visiting the Biltmore House with stunning views of the mountains surrounding the area. Our room was lovely, (a renovated superior king) nicely appointed with beautiful furnishings. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. We also had dinner at the Inn. The restaurant was upscale with excellent service and delicious food. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The views alone were stunning, and the lobby area was warm with a roaring fireplace to add to the ambiance.

What a lovely place to stay!! The room was beautiful and plenty enough room. We came in late and they had already done turn service which was nice. They left two eye masks on our pillows, a bottle of water and glass on our nightstands. The trolley bus was very convenient to get to the house and the winery. We also had a delicious dinner in The Library.
