Wood Acres Motel

Extremely overpriced, owners are rude, have no respect or concern towards customers, no employees for housekeeping or maintenance(instead use tenants who cannot afford full rental fees @ rate of $3/room & kick them out after they've worked 9a-4p cleaning for them or waiting for their assignments) which is why rooms aren't properly cleaned, each additional person after the first is additional $20 even if not spending night(visitors included), bedbugs & roaches in several rooms! I could continue but simply stated don't stay here!!!

You can't have visitors in a room that you pay 55 dollars for that is roach infested. The owner walks into your room without knocking and gives you 10 minutes to get your belongings out if you don't have her money in time. It's sad. She chases after your guests and tells them if they don't have money to rent a room that they can't come visit your room. Its sad.

This place was horrible. Very over priced. No visitors aloud. The owner or whoever she was would just bust in your room whenever she felt like it. If someone knocked on your door she would call you all night saying no visitors and saying she see someone at your door . First off if it is one or two in the mornimg you are sleeping why would you call someone at that time of morning. And since cameras are being watched and you see noone leave , come in, or open the door why are you bothering people. I had to unplug the phone to get rest. I even witnessed her push on a pregnant woman and made her fall. Would not reccmend even to my worst enemy. They should have been shut down a long time ago. we have been here now 3yrs and there very nice friendly people over here.they come clean our room brings us things for our rooms there room or great we have everything working in our rooms and we have ac works tv works icebox works micwave works stove workers water is hot and cold ac is cold our dog loves being here and they respected us and always come and see if we need anything and they always helping us out when we need it there good poeple and a amazing motel.3 yrs we been there and we havent had any prombles with nobody around this motel,and no probmles with none of the owers or the people that work for them there really sweet nice respectable loving wounderful amazing good people here at wood acres motel on airline highway in baton rouge,l.a. there prices i think or really cheap to

They were rude and it was unsecured with nothing but a simple door knob lock protecting ur stuff wen away from the room. Stayed two nights and suspect there may be bed bugs
