3 star property —not a chance - try one star! We stayed for one night and it was more than enough. It is in desperate need of renovation. We weren't expecting a 5 star Ritz Carlton. We were looking for a basic airport hotel room to stay the night. What we got was substandard.||The problems — let me count them.| 1..The credit card key worked about 1 out of 5 tries. The lock was broken. The maintenance man said most of the locks at the property were similarly dysfunctional. Afraid we couldn’t get back in, we left in the morning with our luggage, stowed it in the car and then came back for the breakfast and used the public restroom before departing.. |2. I greatly appreciated the clean room and nice front desk employees. Breakfast was a bit strange as I had to request bagel (which had been advertise that they offerred) as they had none out even though they had cream cheese. She brought me one after asking how many I wanted. Other than that, our visit was very pleasant and will stay here again

Positive: Quiet comfortable room away from Highway. Quiet heater as well Negative: Bathroom needed a bit of sprucing up — could start by replacing grout

The room was pretty clean besides a few things like the desk chair and carpet. Staff was nice. we got this hotel last minute on our road trip. We picked this hotel specifically because they offer roll away cribs, which we asked for when booking. Upon arrival we were told it was a fire hazard and that we would be getting a pack n play instead, which we were fine with. Once we got into the room we were greeted by a broken roll away crib, which we made work. We also had some issues with our room keys working. The free breakfast was good though.

Good location when planning an itinerary, but the con’s unfortunately outweigh the pros. Staff was not friendly at all, even when treated with kindness. I also wasn’t planning on slaughtering the giant roach that popped out of the bathroom and terrified my girlfriend (reference image). The room REEKED of mildew.🤢 when i asked for a late check-out, very kindly, front desk answered with no sense of hospitality and said no. Which i understand but at least show some kindness! Also, room service showed early. Save your money for elsewhere.
