Suites at Bay

Suites at Bay could not be in a better location to walk and explore Savannah. The 3B suite offers lovely views of the River Street shops and trees. The stairs and lack of loading zone near the entrance can be challenging when checking in and leaving. There is a restaurant/bar on the first floor that can still be heard on the second floor. The third floor suite offered all of the comforts of home and did not have the bar or road noise found on the second floor. The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked but the bathroom was very spacious with a rain style shower. The kitchen was nicely equipped offering us a chance to socially distance and prepare meals as we liked. We will be back as the customer service from Suites at Bay made this trip absolutely wonderful.

My boyfriend found the Suites at Bay online and booked it for a weekend trip. This place was awesome! Easy access to everything. We kept our car in the garage all weekend and walked everywhere! Communication was awesome and we had someone able to assist us no matter what time which was greatly appreciated. Our room was an awesome studio type suite on the third floor. Had everything we needed and more, extremely clean and wonderfully decorated. We already discussed booking here again on our next visit!

Pros; booked suite for 4 nights for our 25th wedding celebration! Loved the space, design, open concept, high ceilings, wood floors, great a/c, kitchen, closet space, location and natural light from windows. Bed very comfortable and ample linens. Tastefully furnished. Easy door codes eliminates need for keys. Nearby Parking with in/out access anytime included is a huge plus. Excellent port location for exploring the city. Great client service- very responsive to any issues that may arise! Our Home away from home in Savannah! Cons; no elevator to 3rd floor- challenging with luggage, poor water pressure in shower, broken window blinds in bedroom and broken bathroom drawers, non-functional F/P, May have noisy neighbors, no umbrellas in suite. Regardless of these issues- excellent stay

I just got home from the best weekend in Savannah GA and what made it such an amazing experience was staying at Suites at Bay. This was absolutely a home away from home feel. This hotel/apt is right in the middle of the downtown historic area with the cutest restaurant downstairs. Check In was super easy and the best part, FREE Parking. Once we got inside we were so impressed with how clean and modern everything was. Beautiful clean kitchen, 2 tv’s throughout the spacious apt and even a walk in closet. Everything felt super cozy and just like home. The kitchen had pots and pans and even salt and pepper shakers if you decided to cook. Beautiful bathroom, the only thing I would say is that the water pressure was very low but manageable for the short stay. I would highly recommend this place.

My stay was good. The location is great if you want to walk around downtown and the historic district. The room was nice loved the overhead shower. Only cons were the washing machine bangs around on spin cycle, there was no stopper for the sink if you want to hand wash dishes(I bought one and left it for the next guest), and people at the bar downstairs hanging around in front of the 2nd door without any masks on during this pandemic. The free parking worked out nicely I came and went as I pleased without any problems.
