I just received a phone call from the manger trying to negotiate me to delete my review because it makes his Hotel look bad! Unprofessional first of all if the hotel meet decent standards I wouldn’t have made the review. Not ones did room service come into our room and I reported my issues right away. I don’t appreciate getting a phone call from the manger telling me to delete my review. Wants to make excuses and everything in between instead of fixing the issues. He allowed my guest to come into the pool because of the issue with the water leak. My other issues were not fixed nor accommodated. My original room was leaking so they had to move us rooms and when they did the room they gave me had bathroom issues and getting someone to come in and fix it was a hassle. We had to use all our

Positive: I needed a disability accessible room and booked such, upon arrival, that room was foul smelling, not well kept, and had a previous occupant's body print in the bed & old toothpaste still in the sink. The woman at the desk was nice and changed our room. Negative: The only disability accessible room was disgusting amd in poor condition. The room we switched to was not much better and I had to clean hair from the previous occupants' use of the shower. Then roaches were seen crawling in the room. WILL NOT RETURN

The staff did amazing and I really enjoyed the environment that is created!|The rooms was very clean!|The noise level was very limited I didn’t hear anyone outside of our room! |The microwave and coffee pot worked perfect they provide you with as much coffee and creamer you need!

The only thing good about this hotel is the free shuttle. The rooms and hallway floors were disgusting and in need of cleaning. There was a couch in the room that I wouldn’t even touch it was so gross. I had to use half a bottle of cologne to make the room air breathable. The people who own and run this place need to invest in some deeep deeeep cleaning. The fixtures in the bathroom were falling off the wall. Oh I almost forgot the bath towels were like sand paper and couldn’t even dry off a little kid they were so small and thin. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else. I cannot wait to get home and was off this nasty nasty hotel.

Where do I even begin with this stay. Upon check-in, I was told they do not honor a military discount. While disappointing, I accepted it and continued with check-in. However, the issues only got worse from there. When we entered the room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and mildew. The bathroom was also concerning — the shower head appeared to have mold on it. There was only about 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the room with no backup provided, one towel, and no washcloths at all. To make matters worse, the water was cold when trying to shower. For over an hour we had to listen to the front desk clerk and what appeared to be the manager yelling at patrons in the hallway next door. It was extremely disruptive and unprofessional. The pool was unusable. The water was foggy and strong
