Wingate by Wyndham North Little Rock

Great service and location for the price 😁👍 I was a little hesitant to check in before the building and signage looked outdated and faded. With that said, I was delightfully surprised that the interior of the common spaces and room were updated with high level furniture and finishes. This includes a plush king bed and bathroom with black quartz counter tops. The owners did and amazing job refurbishing this hotel. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was modern, clean, and well-maintained, with updated features that made the stay very comfortable. The front desk staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get in and out. The breakfast offered a good selection and added great value. Overall, this hotel provides exceptional quality for the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.

Positive: Staff was courteous and friendly. Negative: Hotel is awkard to get to, particularly if you are not familar with the area. Not something that can be fixed. My room had apparently been recently renovated, but the quality of worksmanship was poor.

Summary: Dirty, common areas smell like maryjane, music past 10pm, but its an affordable hotel and the beds (mattress) are super comfortable. I travel for work and have been to many hotels - and need to mention the front receptionist was pleasant and got us checked in within 5 mins, that was wonderful. BUT, The lobby smelled like smoke when I walked in, our door key lock didn't work, 2 lamps didn't work in our room, we smelled maryjane in the hallways on the 2nd floor, the pillows were tiny (see pics), the common areas were filthy especially the elevator (see pics). We checked in around 11pm and we heard music from a room down the hall, we seen homeless in the outside back parking lot, and our TV remote didn't turn on the TV (needed to manually turn on the TV), and there are interesting

Night staff was great.... Location has a lot of food options to choose from. Rooms are nice which I'm speaking for #203. T.V has Netflix option which I find that very convenient. Room was clean bed was comfortable... If I'm in the area I would stay here again.
