TownePlace Suites by Marriott North Little Rock

The staff was excellent in helping us and taking care of our needs. We had a late night arrival, and Kendall went the extra mile in helping us get our room and get settled in. Overall, the room was very good. The living area is poorly litand the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan to get rid of the steam from the shower but the bed was very comfortable. Television channels and even streaming services are limited. There are a couple of things that need to change. At breakfast the next morning, there was a long line. There is only one waffle maker. There needs to be at least three to accommodate the number of guests. We were there on a Tuesday morning and they were out of milk. Wal Mart is literally next-door. Someone should be authorized to go and get a couple gallons of milk. I was told

I travel year-round with Marriott, and the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Little Rock North is truly exceptional. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and we felt right at home. After our first stay, we were so impressed—especially with Meredith at the front desk—that we decided to come back. One of the greatest things we love is that the hotel is dog-friendly for pups of all sizes, which is a huge plus for us. The rooms are cozy, the lighting is perfect, and the atmosphere is just fantastic. If you’re in Little Rock, we can’t recommend this hotel enough!

The main thing I remember is how big the windows were. This hotel lets you see outside, which I appreciate. Beds are firm. Breakfast area has a nook with chairs and tables for small children. There are charging ports EVERYWHERE! Good selection of food and drinks downstairs, but very tiny selection of over the counter meds (didn’t ask if they had more because the ground outside was covered in ice and I assumed they had supply issues). Good breakfast. Very close to lots of gas stations and fast food. Close to Interstate without being loud. Immaculate Newer Marriott Property I recently stayed in this hotel over a weekend, and had a very positive experience. The hotel is clean, bright and has most amenities for a great hotel stay. My room was large, bright and had everthing In needed for a three-night stay. The fitness centre had a variety of modern and clean equipment, and I had a great workout. The free breakfast was plentiful, and overall, I had zero issues during my stay. I chose this hotel as it was highly rated across multiple hotel review platforms, and the price was excellent for a three-night stay. Check-in was seamless and fast. This hotel is close to shops, malls, restaurants and highways. If you are staying in North Little Rock, give this newer Townplace Suites a try.

We stayed here twice within one month. The service was exceptional! Chenelle and Kendall were the two ladies that checked us in and they were welcoming, friendly and very nice overall. The first time we arrived it was Christmas day, and even though Chenelle had to work during the holiday, she was in a very uplifting mood. When we went down for breakfast, we wanted a table that had just been used and therefore had not had a chance to be cleaned, and I asked a lady (cannot recall her name) if we could get a wipe so I could clean it, and even though she was front desk, she went to the back of the cleaning closet area and grabbed a cloth to come wipe it herself.
