Courtyard by Marriott Little Rock North

Perfectly quiet and clean. JACOY ( hope I spelled his name correctly) waited on us. He is very professional and helpful. Plenty of parking Lovely king room with nice layout. Bistro is open for breakfast and light meals. Walked to "The Whole Hog Cafe" BBQ...Outback Steak House is within walking distance too. Thank you!

This was one of the cleanest, roomiest locations I’ve ever stayed at. Our stay started out wonderful! Great location surrounded by plenty of places to shop and eat. Traffic can be overwhelming on the weekend (go towards Little Rock) but nothing too horrible. The bistro was okay. The lady that worked the evening of 12/14 must have been new. She could not answer any of our questions and would not seek assistance. Our stay ended 12/15 and Melanie at the front desk made me second guess a return visit. She was horrible! Absolutely rude for no reason. I inquired about a printed receipt and she insisted I wait until one was emailed. I asked her 3 times for a printed copy before she actually did it. She huffed and puffed and threatened to report me to Marriott after I said she was rude and to lay

The Courtyard looks nice from the outside, and definitely has the updated vibe. However, the service at the front desk left a lot to be desired. They lady at check in couldn't have been less interested in dealing with me. She had earbuds in and was actively talking with someone on her personal cell phone every time I spoke with her throughout my stay. Very unprofessional. The room was nice, and everything appeared to be clean. It had all the typical amenities you would expect from a Marriott. The elevators (both of them) had extremely soft floors which appeared to be held down with packaging tape? It felt super insecure and looked terrible. We will not be staying here again in the future.

Love love this hotel. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Super clean and spacious room. Excellent mattress and very quiet. No reservation...walked right in and Jacoy found up a nice room on fourth floor with quiet neighbors. And the best part was STAR BUCKS COFFEE in the lobby in the AM with ice on the counter...Loved this touch. My husband's best part was several nice restaurants within close walking distance. The WHOLE HOG CAFE was excellent. Perfect hotel for a traveling couple. Thank you!

I stayed at the hotel for 7 weeks for work. During that time I have no complaints. Everyone was super friendly and the hotel was very clean!!! I am very OCD when it comes to that. I was impressed with the experience as a whole. I also wanted to add that Amari which is a very hard working individual that works the desk at night has a great personality and is a true asset to this establishment. My days were always better on the days she was there and got to talk with her. She will be successful in anything she does.
