Great service Tiffany checked us in and made us feel at home and welcomed. Room was very nice. Great value. Lots of restaurants shopping nearby. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel itself, though under some construction, was clean, quiet and the staff was great. The location was close to shopping and food. The only problem I ran into was, when o went to the designated smoking area, to smoke, there was a man with a camp stove set up on the table, cooking his breakfast (which was strange, since they provide a pretty decent free breakfast). The man harassed me, and was super nasty to me, because I wouldn't go around d the dark corner of the building to smoke, while he cooked. Why would a woman go to a dark area to smoke? Then, he was pouring his hot bacon grease into the flower beds, essentially killing their landscaping. It was a very strange encounter. That's a safety issue. Not to mention the fire hazard.

Positive: The room size was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful when I needed a late check out. I loved the gym! Negative: Pancake maker at the buffer wasn?t working correctly. There were no eggs available at the time we came down. It wasn?t a deal breaker because I really wanted Cracker Barrel.

Close to highway, local restaurants nearby, rooms well appointed. My trash hadn't been emptied on arrival. Waited over 5 minutes for an attendant to arrive at check-in. There is an online check-in and check-out option. Breakfast included is adequate. Coffee available.

I was rolling through town solo and needed to book a place to stay overnight. I chose this spot because it was only $120 for a king bed, seemed like a good location near other amenities. I was very happy with my choice. The parking lot was very well lit out front so my car felt safe in a new location (I told me so), and it was nice having the Meijer in walking distance. I felt safe walking around in a new place at 11pm. The staff was friendly and the hotel room was great. Comfortable bed, wireless phone charger and TV with Showtime so I actually got to watch Shawshank before visiting the prison the next day! Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels. AC worked great. The only things slightly lacking was the shower hot water didn’t get as hot as I was hoping; which was fine for t
