Hampton Inn Mansfield/Ontario

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. We visit annually to see the lights at Kingwood and stayed here for the first time. The manager was very accommodating and super friendly. The hotel was very clean inside and outside. The rooms and hotel looked newly remodeled too. Breakfast was perfect and everything was continusly stocked. We plan to stay here annual when we visit during the holidays!

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The employees were very nice. A special shout out to the woman who does the breakfasts. She was awesome, sweet and the dining area was sparkling clean. Overall a good value. I will stay there again. The 4 stars for location is becuase we arrived on a very dark night and it was hard to figure out where to enter the hotel. A sign would be nice directing you to the entrance to the parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay while stopping in Mansfield ! We were greeted with cookies and smiles from the staff. Our room was cozy and clean. We were able to just walk across the parking lot and eat dinner at Applebees. There were also a few other restaurants within walking distance . The breakfast was really yummy and the hostess came around with fresh baked cookies.

Positive: "" Negative: Even with both doors of the shower closed, a lot of water seemed to leak onto the bathroom floor.

Was in town for a family event. Had a very nice stay. The hotel was clean and in excellent condition. The breakfast was very good, offering a variety of options. I especially enjoyed the Belgian waffle!!
