La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mansfield OH

Unfortunately this wasn't the trip I was hoping for. The staff is very friendly but a couple other things just didn't work for us. The whole hotel needs a serious remodel. My youngest son is autistic and loves the pool. Didn't realize theres only a 15 person occupancy for the pool because it's so small. It wasn't till about 45 min before the pool closed that we were even able to get into the pool. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have kids that are excited about the pool. There's honestly not much there at all for kids to do. The wifi they have isn't a secure wifi so my son wasn't able to use his tablets. The sofa bed was horrible. The kids couldn't use it as it sunk so bad they were almost to the floor. My oldest slept in a reclining chair while my youngest slept on a couch. When we

A friend of mine and I were visiting Mansfield for a weekend in September 2025 and spent a Saturday night at this La Quinta. Overall, the hotel was fine and served its purpose well for the night.||We arrived early on the Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, the check-in process was a bit slow because there were multiple guests in line ahead of us checking in at the same time, and there was only one person working the front desk so only one guest could be checked in at a time. But once we got to our room (#420), everything was fine. The room was clean and comfortable enough.||The nicest feature of this hotel was the hot tub in the indoor pool area. That was great! I can't speak to the breakfast because my friend and I ended up eating breakfast elsewhere, but I'm sure it was okay for the

Positive: breakfast area clean, well stocked and organized Negative: bed was not comfortable, room service not provided (small print at front desk says, request service if needed.) Four day stay without maid/room service.room keys did not allow access to back entry after 10pm, tried three times to 'correct' cards

Price and location are great! Nice to have a pool and hot tub after 2 hours of glow tubing. Rooms look to be newly remodeled. Beds are very comfortable. I was disappointed on arrival when I did not have connecting rooms in which was requested and confirmed the night before arrival. This stay was to celebrate my daughters birthday with friends so not having connecting rooms was pretty inconvenient.

Staff is extremely friendly. The hotel is nice and clean, the rooms are good besides the mattresses they are hard and uncomfortable. We love that they had a pool and a hot tub and the pool area was very clean. Love staying at this hotel we are surrounded by restaurants couple gas stations and even Walmart is right beside us.
