Travelodge by Wyndham Mansfield

It's nothing fancy but clean & comfortable. Bridgette at front desk was friendly & efficient. Fridge/micro & in-room coffee. Free wifi w/great signal. There are nicer hotels in the area but expect to pay almost twice the price. You can park in front of your own room with it's own exterior entrance door, which I much prefer over wrestling an overloaded luggage cart through lobby doors & into an elevator, down a long carpeted hallway, then trekking the cart back to the lobby, only to realise I forgot something important in my vehicle! They share an adjacent parking lot with a pretty good Mexican restaurant, and there are fast food options nearby. I arrived late & left out early, rested & refreshed. Will definitely be back, but ask to see your room 1st if you have any doubts.

We stayed here because we were attending an event at the Ohio State Reformatory. I booked two nights and we only ended up staying one. The room was not good, old, doors on outside like a pay by the hour motel. There were gross brown stains on the chair in the room. The bed was insanely uncomfortable. It was in a sketchy part of town. We knew as soon as we opened the room that this was not it. It was about 50° in the main lobby area/ which is behind protective glass. [There's a reason for that]. It's extremely sketchy, people's stuff left in the fridge, gross. The room was dirty, dark, old, smelled like residue of smoke. I do not recommend staying there. Positive: I chose this hotel based on its longer distance from the nearby busy, noisy freeway and the low cost of a room there. It was amazingly quiet on its backside away from the freeway, which is great. Bathrooms were modern despite old age of the building. Negative: No, things were good considering the low cost.

Although it seemed clean, it is a really really old motel. Bed was fine, but all the furniture felt like it came from a garage sale. Lighting was horrible. It was pretty much just a square room with no decorating at all. Front desk was a nice and helpful guy. Again, clean but no thank you on a return.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The night desk clerk was nice however she just up and disappeared, I had gone to the office 4 different times and each trip I rang the bell at the night wimdow several times over a 10-15mn time span before going back to my room. We were supposed to have a room with a queen bed but got a room with a full size bed. The room wasn't like nasty disgusting dirty but it was NOT clean. The room smelled like mildew there wereburn holes and stains on the bedding, the hot water didn't last but maybe 10mins then took over an hour to reheat, and bed bugs too. While getting breakfast this morning the manager approached my husband and I wanting to know our names and room number and once he realized I made a complaint he tried to demand my room key and k
