Wingate by Wyndham Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport IAH

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. They were able to check me in promptly, and able to use all.information provided through Wyndham app to get room paid for. I'm a truck driver, and was having truck issues. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good with a mixture of items to choose from. Sausage, eggs, grit, waffles, cereal, etc. Thank you for a wonderful night stay. Stayed 2 nights in a row while truck was getting fixed. Was able to attend the Socials Night with dinner provided. Monday through Thursday. Thank you again for going above and beyond.

Was just a quick stop over so did not use many amenities. The staff were great! Amos picked us up at the airport and gave us an excellent BBQ recommendation for food. Hotel texted me prior to check in and offered to answer any questions we may have. They were quick to text back and give detailed instructions on how and where to access the shuttle. We left early the next morning, before they had staff on to drive the shuttle back to the airport, so they arranged a Lyft for us (they paid). They even had their complimentary breakfast stuff ready a few minutes early so we could grab a quick bite before we left.

I really recommend this place, between price and amenities is excellent, room service, breakfast, clean, comfort, shuttle airport or they get Lyft for you. Deposit cheaper $50. My visit with my 2 children was really good. I definitely need to come back.

They gave me a disable accessable room, the toilet bowl is too close to the wall. It is not enough room for a adult to sit on it. The volume control on the remote is not working. I did not watch TV because I do not want to disturb next room. Actually, I can hear TV noise clear from next room.

Positive: Proximity to the airport. Negative: In my current stay, I had the following issues.1. Elevator was not working and we had to take stairs to go the the third floor.2. They were replacing roof on the third floor which created so much noise that we could not sleep
