Wingate by Wyndham Greenwood Village/Denver Tech

The room was disgusting. The entire room showed lots of wear and tear. The room smelled wet, a moldy type smell. The refrigerator smelled awful and couldn't be opened! The layout was very odd. The jetted tub was very small/shallow and located inside a shower type room. If taking a shower, need to be aware of the 3 foot edge to the tub behind you. The heater was also broken. It kept heating the room regardless of the setting. We had to be switched to a different room at 10:30 pm. No one would answer when I called the front desk. Walked to the front desk, waited about 20 minutes before someone came back to the desk. The entire hallway, had a heavy marijuana smell. Wyndham had a AI customer support text sent to me. It didn't work and just kept saying, "Thank you" and "Issue resolved". Attemp

Positive: Stayed here for a night. Clean and neat room. Staffs are great. Good hot breakfast with waffle, sausages, egg along with bread and cereals. The cook was wonderful. Only downside was the pool closure during the stay. Negative: ""

Awesome stay! The breakfast was super amazing and the rooms were very clean. This place is in an amazing area, very safe and beautiful. Will definitely be coming back soon hopefully. Staff was alright, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude to my mother-in-law. She was very upset no it broke look at it bro it got stuck inside my phone

Desk staff were super friendly! Seems like management are deferring maintenance. Tried 3 different rooms to get functional HVAC. Gave up when we found one with a comfortable ambient temperature, and it got too late to move all our bags again. Hallways on 2 floors also seemed to have non-functional HVAC. Pool is empty with no ETA to fix. Treadmill was broken.

The first night was a nightmare rust mold filth ac not working. ! Two rooms same second day couldnt leave room was there visiting my brother in icu. Lock failed maintenance night crew said will have to change lock in morning until then cant leave. Pictures will speak after speaking with john assistant mgr he was fantastic put me in new room maintenance came up changed batteries in lock. Wow other guy needs training
