Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Denver, Colorado. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming — especially for business travel.||||The staff was accommodating throughout my stay. I also appreciated having hot breakfast available consistently, and it was a nice touch that even at night, if I needed something like pizza, they were able to take care of it.||||I especially want to recognize the woman at the front desk who worked the night shift — unfortunately I can’t remember her name, but she mentioned she works for the State of Colorado. She was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable and supported during both my first night checking in and my last night before leaving.||||Overall, I highly recommend

Loved the room!! Service could have been better. Our room wasn't ready even after 5pm and I don't remember but check in was at like 4pm I think. I went down to the little store by the front desk one night to get popcorn and when I tried to pay for it I was told they don't take cash and I had to charge it to the room that I wasn't the one paying for so that was a little inconvenient. The rooms are amazing though and I absolutely loved the TV and the fact that you could Chromecast to them so you aren't stuck watching boring shows on hotel cable.

Positive: The breakfast was really good! I was pleasantly surprised. Negative: The doors close SO LOUDLY that it woke us up multiple times despite having a white noise machine. And could hear the person in the room next to us breathing walls where so thin

Imagine having to dry your hair, brush your teeth and shave in the bedroom because the bathroom had no electrical outlet! Also staring at a large blank wall because the couch was in another part of the room. And you couldn't get a full view of the mounted TV because it's halfway between that couch and the bed. Would you want to stay here?? What was its designer thinking? It's true that we were offered to change to another room, but by then we had unpacked several suitcases and didn't notice these flaws until later.

We booked adjoining rooms at the Hyatt for a family birthday that we were all excited for. When we arrived, only one room was on the reservation. We went up to the room to set up some of the birthday decorations while we waited to see what was going to happen with the other room. My daughter was talking to the main number of the Hyatt and went downstairs to let the manager know what was going on. The manager took offense to my adult daughter and was extremely rude and unprofessional with her. My daughter was appropriately frustrated and completely appropriate and contained. The manager proceeded quickly to the position of asking her to leave the hotel and that our party was no longer welcome there. It was shocking. She came back upstairs to tell us, and we were trying to get all of the dec
