Sheraton Denver Tech Center Hotel

My stay at the Sheraton was excellent from start to finish. The staff was truly amazing and went out of their way to make accommodations to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and well maintained, which made the experience even better. I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in Denver. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a great place to stay.

Negative: Carpets in elevator, room and hallways was disgusting. All need to be replaced The first room I was assigned had huge electrical/ mechanical equipment out my window. The gal at front desk changed it for me.i prob got worst room since I had a dog.

2 night lay over stay on the way to Estes. Stately conference center hotel from the 80's. Clean, with all the common tier 2 hotel amenities. Starbucks and car rental on-site. Very good service. Good value with Marriott dependability. You already know what kind of place you will stay.

Do not stay here. I am a platinum elite member (over 50 nights a year in Marriott hotels). The entire experience at this hotel is horrible. ||First off I’ll say I’ve never felt more disrespected or unvalued as a platinum elite member. Usually there are perks like a club lounge, access to water and sometimes appetizers. None of that here. Which happens but when I politely ask for water and I’m told it’s $3 each, it certainly pours salt on the wound. ||I also asked for an upgrade. They don’t like to do that here even when available. ||The beds are uncomfortable and the hotel needs a complete renovation. ||The staff all have an attitude of they are doing you a favor. The staff also put a $50 cleaning fee on my bill for my service pet without telling me. There is no fee for service pets. ||Don

Although a little outdated, this hotel was clean with great service. The restaurant service and food were good and reasonably priced. However, the beds/mattresses are extremely old and uncomfortable. There was a very noticeable sag/dip in the mattresses from people sleeping on them showing their age.
