Extended Stay America Select Suites- Denver - Tech Center South - Greenwood Village

The young lady at the front desk with the hair cover (wish I could name here but she refused to give her name) is oozing with prejudice. I came in at 3 to check in and watch an older lady end her shift as this young lady started hers and started the conversation with, "what do you need"... I've stayed here several times and have never been asked for a deposit. My thought was they keep a card on file as many places do but apparently its new policy that 100 be paid up front for a room deposit. Not cool with it especially after finding a couple that checked in later the same night were not held to the same standards, but I paid it. But before I was able to pay this young lady told me my room was not paid for... that's right the same room we had just argued over the necessity of a deposit was

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel staff, especially the day shift supervisor was the rudest person I've meet in quite sometime. He hung up repeatedly on me on multiple occasions. He refused to hear my side of the story and jacked us of our 100 cash deposit.

I give true reviews so here goes.... for 99% of the areas, this is definitely a place to stay for transitional housing. It is kept clean and the staff, all but two are amazing and extremely friendly! I feel bad because corporate doesn’t give them the money to make repairs as needed. Been here six months, dryer still shows out of order, bellman carts both broken and top over when you try to use them. However, seven out of the nine team members I interact with go above and beyond their jobs to assist you with anything! Just don’t go to front desk when the two are working and you will also be pleased with your time here!

Sayed, the overnight front desk associate, is amazing. He is always helpful, professional, and willing to assist with anything that comes up late at night. His customer service truly makes a difference during my stay.

I have been living at this location for a year now and I absolutely love the staff and the location is near my job. My daughters get picked up at the front lobby for school and knowing that the staff is watching get to school safety gives me peace of mind a same when they get back home. I, to have amazing friends and neighbors that live at the hotel with us.
