Extended Stay America Select Suites- Denver - Tech Center - Central

Due to the actions of past me, present me is needing to stay here for an extended stay. Yes some of the rooms need updating, which they are doing. They got a new manager right when I started my stay here, and you can really tell she and her team are always working on improving the property AND guest experience. Very little nonsense is tolerated, and issues I've seen in the 5 months I've been here, have always been quickly addressed. The manager Oki, and all her employees have went out of their way to help in however they can. Special shout outs to Terrell, Bernie and Mike, who are always looking out for everyone, but have truly made me feel like extended family, and they generally care what I'm going through and make sure I have everything I need, and not just because they have to. I'd like to take the time to say thank you to Both Bernadette and Mike .Thank you for giving us the best vacation experience . Booking was easy, The room was perfect!: clean and inviting. It had everything we needed. The location of this place is excellent! Close To good places to eat and not Too far from the aquarium and museum. Spot on ! I LOVED IT! Looking forward to the next vacation.💕 highly recommending this place. Happy holidays.

it was disgusting and sketchy af. we had to leave and go to a different hotel. there was also no soap and no towels. the toilet was dirty. the pic is of the couch

Positive: the man He is super friendly and made us feel at home. seriously hotel employee and his team always remember.I wish I would have stayed here rather than aroura ..... Negative: nope

Phenomenal service compared to many of the hotels I’ve stayed at. Front desk is always super helpful and mindful of the people here. Great location only about 25 minutes from downtown makes it great for travelers new to the state.
