Best customer service by these ladies. Infused water in the lobby. Nice tucked away location. On the edge of the Tanger madness. The room was cute and cozy. The bathroom showers eh but the rest!! Really good. Didn't have breakfast but next time..

Pretty clean. The single king bedroom was small but nice. The top sheet was put on the bed sideways. Yes, sideways. Idk how you manage that. The breakfast was pretty good for a free breakfast. Good selection of food. The front desk attendant was nice and helpful.

We had a late checking and the lady at the front desk was so sweet. She offered us a bigger room because I didnt know I booked a 1 bed and it was a full size for me and my daughter. I didnt even have to ask, she just knew she could accommodate us in that way. The next morning we had complimentary breakfast and it was delicious. I have been to other hotels with free breakfast and this one was really good. Waffle station, cereal bar, delicious seasoned potatoes wedges...don't miss breakfast when you stay here! Thank you to the Wingate team. We only stayed one night but it felt like home.

Initially when I booked this hotel, my lady,who is a Charleston native, described this hotel as "dicey" But then, even she was surprised at how nice the rooms were. Big king size beds, nice bathrooms, inside hallways clean. The front desk staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The 24-hour coffee and cold water decanter is also a nice touch. Is in a great location, close to the highway. The full breakfast in the morning, is a great touch. The last morning I was there, they actually had biscuits and gravy! It is a great hotel, and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.
