Wingate by Wyndham Atlanta/Fairburn

Took my kids swimming took my daughter necklace off in room 310 put it on the counter. We left I called the next day for her necklace the man told me the staff haven’t cleaned the room yet and they was going to be in til 10 am to call back up there all of sudden the room done had guest so either the manager is lying or maids. I’m making a police report don’t spend your hard earned money here for staff to steal your Christmas gifts.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night passing through. The lobby was very nice and smelled amazing. Got to my room and initially smelled and looked good. Then walking around for a few minutes, I noticed my socks were black. I started looking around better and found dead bugs around the refrigerator, some grease like goo on the floor around the head of the bed and on the bed railing, white splatter on the walls, dark stains on the curtains, and what looked like black foot prints in the bathtub. I took pictures but I was too tired and it was too late to complain and deal with changing rooms and/or finding a new hotel. So, I went to bed. Ugly property - should not be part of Wyndham collection. Needs update. Tacky 1/2 decorations for holiday. ZERO customer service… from front desk to maintenance and most objectionable daytime manager. Rude. Unwilling to help. Would not price match online/internet sites. Refused late checkout even though hotel at 60% (maybe) capacity. Wyndham customer support was of no assistance. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Very nice hotel to stay at. It was easily accessible with plenty of free parking. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Free breakfast allowed you a verity of food items. The rooms were exceptionally clean. I liked the fact that the floor in the room had no carpet, as carpet can carry a lot of germs. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were well lite. There was no USB port for cell phones. Hallways also very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
