TownePlace Suites by Marriott Atlanta Fairburn

I had a really great stay at TownePlace Suites while traveling with my sister. From the moment we arrived, Ms. Kyra made us feel so welcome. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. It didn’t feel like “customer service” — it felt like someone who actually enjoys helping people. Our room was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. Ms. Kyra’s positive energy and professionalism honestly made the whole experience better. We’d definitely stay here again and hope to see her the next time we’re in town.

We had a very enjoyable experience at the hotel, the front desk clerk name Alisa, was very professional and warming, she made sure our check in was very quick and she assigned us to some very beautiful well kept up to date rooms. When we walked in our rooms we all were amazed at how emaculant the place was. The young lady gave us the history of the hotel and stated its only been there a year , everytime I came down the elevator that young lady was at the front desk posted, which made us feel comfortable, most hotels you have to wait on the clerk or ring a bell ,or there in the back office. This young lady alone made our stay comfortable. When she did move from her post it was to check on everything, making sure things were situated. My experience was great! I was taken care of by the sweetest young lady with pretty nails and beautiful locs. I want to say her name was Alicia she works overnight. She greeted us with the warmest smile and was so upbeat and friendly even though it was pretty late. She has some of the best costumer service that I’ve received in a while and I travel a lot. My room was very clean. Breakfast was good but very basic, I didn’t see a breakfast attendant at all, maybe we just missed them though. Overall my experience was awesome!

My stay has been Pretty sweet so far I’m here for work. The staff is cool especially Ms.Alicia I really only see her when I’m passing through at night but when I do she always makes sure to smile and tell me to have a good night, she’s always so chipper. yeah that’s something simple , but she doesn’t have to yet she does.

I wanted to thank Alicia for making m stay remarkable. She offered me the best assistance during my stay. She made sure I had everything I needed and made sure that she always greeted me with a smile. I will definitely be back again.
