Comfort Inn & Suites

Excellent customer service. I was immediately recognized for being diamond member. Clerk check me in was very pleasant and smiling which made me extremely happy. The rooms were clean and comfy. Housekeeping was pleasant and made sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The exterior of hotel is clean and I felt safe. I would highly recommend Comfort Inn Fairburn and would like to thank management and the entire staff for doing such an amazing job.

There were bedbugs on the bed. Granted, they were dead, but all the same, it didn't give me great confidence. I asked to move rooms, and they did move me to a different floor. After reading other reviews, it looks like this is a trend at this hotel stretching back even a few years. I reached out to management, and they said they would get back to me, but that never happened. Otherwise, the staff were very kind and responsive. I needed to do laundry, but even with a small load of laundry, the dryer needed to be run twice. The only reason for the 1 star is the bed bugs. Everything else seemed within reasonable limits for this budget of hotel.

Positive: Friendly staff, clean and quite Negative: The elevator broke had to walk up stairs to 3rd floor with a big suitcase

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It is a 7 min drive from the Renaissance fair. Both employees on the front desk on the night of the 22nd Nov and morning of the 23rd Nov we're so nice, treated us very well. We also ran into an employee in the elevator and we all had a great quick chat. This hotel is very inviting, comfortable beds and very clean. We'll be back again in May 2026.

The room was clean and comfortable, the front desk staff was friendly, and the housekeeping staff did more than expected during our stay. Although the notification indicated we would only receive housekeeping services on the third day of our 5-night stay, we received fresh towels daily, and the trash was collected every day.
