Excellent Service at Breakfast! I had such a wonderful experience thanks to the breakfast that usually works the week days .Every morning they greeted guests with a warm smile and made sure everything was fresh, clean, and well stocked. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone had what they needed, whether it was refilling coffee, offering extra napkins, or checking in to make sure we were enjoying our meal.

Location was a bit confusing to find since it’s kinda behind several other hotels. Room size was fantastic and the amenities in the room were great (full sized fridge & freezer, toaster, dishwasher, some utensils and plates and such provided, microwave, etc), but the shower was somewhat broken. Breakfast was also kinda meh. Not bad, but nothing to be excited about. Coffee was actually quite good though. I often grabbed another coffee in a to-go cup on my way out (and I’m not even a big coffee drinker!)

Home2Suites is our favorite chain when we travel. We love having a full kitchen and the extra space for traveling with our older children. We had a hard time finding the hotel off the road, it was hidden and a little setback. We came in during a bad rainstorm so that made it extra hard to find. |There were gnats in our room , the coffee maker didn't work and no ice bucket. There was barely any silverware, one fork, two spoons in the drawer. Other than those issues, the room was nice and clean. |There was no ice water in the lobby for guests and when my husband requested some, they brought it out in a mixing pitcher. On Monday morning, breakfast was bare and they weren't replenishing anything. This was about 45 minutes before it was set to close for the day. |It was a good location for us t

I love home2suites becuse of the kitchens & hot plates, I do not like to eat out every meal when I am traveling for work and this is a great way to help with that. I asked for a table top burner, which they brought to me with no skillet. I asked for a skillet and they told me they could get me one the next morning after housecleaning cleaned some rooms. I asked them at the desk the next morning and they assured me they would make it happen. I never got my skillet and I ordered my own hot plate so I didn't have to rely on them. What is the point of making rooms with kitchen options if you do not supply the necessary items needed to cook.... The address also doesn't seem to work for any delivery drivers, they always go to the wrong hotel. And the water pressure isn't great

This was best Hilton Hotel I have stayed @ in my life. We were a family of 4 on vacation. This location pretty new. Clean, decor is bright and vibrant. Breakfast was fresh every morning with a variety of options. The lady helping with Breakfast was so kind. There was a young custodian guy that kept the grounds clean, he was kind as well. The young lady "front desk clerk" on night shift was very very helpful, kind, and always willing to help. I would stay here again.
