Windward at the Beach

My family and I had the most special trip to Windward at the beach! The rooms were perfect for what we needed, but what set it apart was the service and additional features. The owner is extremely friendly and available to make sure you have an exceptional stay and the cleaning crew couldn’t be more warm and helpful! The screened in porch was the perfect place for my toddler to play and for us to enjoy games and read books provided. My toddler loved the beach toy selection. Everything was clean and easy. The location is also perfect. A block from the beach and walking distance to all of the best beach haven locations. 10/10 experience!

We recently stayed at Windward at the Beach with our young grandchildren. I booked this hotel last January (when it was closed) and David promptly called me back and was most helpful in answering my questions to make sure this hotel was good fit for us. He also shared kid-friendly activities in the area since we've never been to the Jersey Shore. We stayed in room #9, which was perfect for the five of us. We had plenty of space and the unit was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and walkable to just about any place you'd like to go. David was the perfect host and provided excellent customer service. I've already shared the website link with friends who often visit the area :)

We all loved the Windward! Walking distance to the beach. Room 10 was awesome. Big bathroom and windows facing 3 directions. The staff was extra attentive to always wanting to know if we needed anything. We were able to keep the beach badges until 4 PM on checkout day and we were able to go back and use the outdoor showers supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and towels to clean off before our journey home. We would definitely go back!

Loved the vibe. Was relieved when I pulled up to see the owner's daughter there and be welcomed by the owner. Ryan and the folks who kept the place up were so sweet and their presence was great! Loved to be so close to the beach and in a family owned place. We loved our Suite for our sacred family gathering of three. We had an important time together thanks to Windward at the Beach. Enjoy
