The Hideaway

Our first floor room was clean, for a one night stay. That's the end of the good part. The noise coming from the floor above throughout the night was horrendous, both ordinary voice, raised voice and seemingly every footstep and floor impact transmitted clearly through. I reported this via a constructive text after checking out, suggesting a need for some floor insulation work, because they sent a text and asked for my feedback. The text response back to me from the manager, was that other guests had reported that I was unpleasant towards others, and that I would not be invited back. I'm certain that the responding manager had me confused with someone else who must have also stayed there, because I was barely there except for the Friday night, and my presence was as neutral as one could b

My husband and I stayed for a quick summer trip and plan on returning. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and accommodating. They offer complimentary bikes, beach chairs, and other beach accessories. They are located right across from the beach. Complimentary coffee and delicious crumb cake each morning. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Excellent place to stay!

We stayed at The Hideaway in LBI this October and absolutely loved it! The location was peaceful and quiet, and it made for such a nice off-season getaway. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The staff was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Even with a nor’easter on the way, it was still such a relaxing, cozy stay. We definitely want to come back to explore more when the weather’s on our side!

We had a short stay of only 2 nights and honestly, this was one of our favorite places that we've stayed so far. Our room was stylish and above all immaculately clean. The staff were super friendly, polite and so accommodating. Five stars are not enough for hotel and, to boot, its directly across street from the beach. Highly recommend!

I almost hate to review because I feel like this is the best kept secret on LBI, although I’m sure it’s not much of a secret anymore. The location was so perfect. very quiet and peaceful , The staff was so cheerful and helpful, the rooms were clean and fresh with comfy beds and hot modern showers, loved going up to the rooftop or just being able to walk out to the beach, absolutely perfect with zero complaints. Can’t wait to return here .!!!! Was just too short .
