Coming in peoples rooms while they sleep at 10:20 to change some linen like man this need reviewed unproper service

Rooms are old and outdated carpet old dirtyabd wore out. The rooms have musty smell. The bathroom is full of mold. You only get 2 small towels, 2 rags and 1 hand towel. The place is roach infested. A/C filters were black and unchanged in who knows how long. The managers/owners were very rude.

Worst motel in all of reidsville. It's the cheapest because when you pay for a room here. Youre also paying for all the cockroaches that hide behind the TV. Bed. Table and in the bathroom. Whenever you take a shower . It doesn't drain right away. Takes about 20 mins. And when your neighbor takes a shower. It'll start coming up your drain. Definitely not a place for kids. Always some Crack heads fighting. Police are always here for something. Owner refers to everyone as poor people. No house keeping what so ever. Some of the rooms have mold with tape covering it up. You're better off going to the budget inn. It's about 5 min from here and basically the same price.

New ownership is not only rude but a liar. Charging different people different rates, he could care less (the owner) falsely advertising something as simple as Wi-Fi yet could care less that it works half of the time. I strongly recommend AGAINST ANYONE from staying there. Hygiene, the cleaning staff is lazy about that & the owner is lazy about doing anything about the bed bugs / roaches.

Very disgusting found a giant roach in our room, blood on our sheets. Seems like nothing has been cleaned, smells awful. Owner told housekeeping not bother cleaning our room for some odd reason and when he was confronted about the bugs we found he told us that we didn’t find them in our room and to go back to our room be quiet. Health department with be checking here very soon, very horrible place to stay even if it is a very last minute thing. I’d rather sleep in my car.
