Days Inn by Wyndham Reidsville

The unsanitary condition of the rooms at this hotel was such that my husband and I checked out within 20 minutes of our arrival. Filthy doesn’t begin to describe it. Urine on the bathroom floor. Bugs in the shower. Stains on the linens. As a Wyndham rewards member, I was utterly shocked. When I raised my concerns with the front desk employee, I was told there would be no refund. He did call the hotel manager who reiterated that. I was shown two additional rooms that were in similar condition. Advised that I would be posting a review on social media. The response was: I really don’t care. So much for hospitality! It is highly unlikely that I will ever again book a room at a hotel that is part of Wyndham “resort” chain.

⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Unprofessional and Unfair Treatment I’ve never dealt with anything as unprofessional as what happened at the Days Inn in Reidsville. Me and my wife were falsely accused of breaking the sink, which we absolutely did not do. Instead of listening to us or even checking before blaming us, the staff decided to put us on their DNR (Do Not Rent) list without telling us. What makes it worse is that we had already booked another night, and when we politely asked for a refund after finding out how they were treating us, they refused to give our money back. The way they handled the situation was rude, disrespectful, and completely unfair. I would not recommend staying here. If this is how they treat paying guests, I’d suggest choosing another hotel in the area.

Positive: The location. Negative: Very dated. old mattresses. Odor (smoke, old) smells.

Literally the worst hotel I have stayed in, the quality of the rooms were dismal, there was mold in the bathroom, the ceiling was falling down, holes in the wall, bugs crawling all over. Staying at this location was the last place I would have picked if not for the need to be at this certain location. Most of the other doors are either frozen shut or the key card reader does not work. The “breakfast” is so disgusting with the waffle maker never cleaned which leave them black from how dirty it is. They pour out the milk into plastic cups and place it back into the fridge expecting people to use that. The manager/owner of the hotel said they will be shutting off the electricity and water in the winter storm so naturally we HAD to leave as their doors FREEZE. Now when we were going to leave t

Husband was charged 3 times for the room. Now we have to wait 7-10 days for money to be refunded. Robbie the so called manager was rude when i called and hung up on me. Called corporate to complain and was told the are all individual franchised and they basically do not care. Do not stay here unless you want to be robbed of your hard earned money
