Quality Inn Reidsville Hwy 29

This is certainly an older hotel with needing extreme update of the building - rooms and all amenities in the hotel. My stay was short - just needed a quite place to stay for 2 nights. It appears housekeeping was doing a good job at keeping rooms dusted, vacuumed and bathrooms cleaned. First issue was the bathroom, the light in the bathroom did not turn off. Towe rack above the toilet had separated from the wall and barely was attached. Bathtub was a jacuzzi but the jacuzzi did not work. The bed spread was old and had torn in several places. The fitted sheet had what looked like cigarette burn holes in it. The bathroom door and walls needed to be cleaned. I used the iron and board - but the iron was older and did not work well. The room was disgusting. The people were rude. The only person in that whole hotel that helped us out was the maintenance man. He is awesome with them. Other people are so rude. They kicked us out all because they thought we had too much stuff and they kicked everybody out of That hotel, the maintenance man he was great. He did everything we needed him too. He didn’t do nothing wrong. He fixed everything. He is a great person.

Room was disgusting. Karan Patel was rude. While I’m thankful the room was there in a time of crisis. 12,000 points were used for the October 31st stay (which was a late evening check in due to unexpected vehicle issues) The 79.99 rate he charged for the next night in which I did not stay was unacceptable. Mr. Patel you can do better with the cleanliness of your rooms. No one expects glamour at your hotel. Absolutely No Reason for moldy lamp shades, dust everywhere, hair globs stuck in the shower walls, weird spots on mattress (bed bugs?), clumps of dust in corners. Do better. Dust, vacuum, and get rid of the moldy lamp shade. Wipe down the yellow stains on the walls.

Positive: The friendly and knowledgeable staff! From the owner to the hotel management, everyone was great!!! Negative: The one vending machine they had did not work

Rooms are somewhat dingy. A shelf was broken in my room and the drain stop in the sink didn't work. The mini fridge kept things cold but there was no door on the freezer and the bars that hold things on the door of the fridge were missing. But the desk staff were pleasant and efficient and I liked the fact that I could park in front of the door to my room.
