Holiday Inn Express & Suites Reidsville by IHG

This hotel needs a deep cleaning. The carpets are stained and it looks they haven't been deep cleaned since it opened. The shower is dirty and the bathroom smells like septic. This issues seem to be a problem of all the Holiday Inn. No more Holiday Inns for me ever.

We stayed at this hotel on Wednesday night - don't know what people are complaining about - afternoon and morning reception staff were very nice and helpful and changed our room for us to be more convenient for our access - room was lovely and roomy and large with two queen beds within - a fantastic cooked breakfast and I thanked the lady doing the cooking and cleaning as plenty of hot and cold healthy options - whats not to like? - We travel and live around the world now we are retired, usually 6 months of the year, and stay in all sorts of lodgings - this one is nice, clean and tidy. First all, the stay was great. Room was clean and the service was fine. The problem was with the reservation. I had to change my reservation to adjust the number of nights. I ended of being booked for both reservations. I tried to call about it, and I was not able to understand the gentleman who answered the phone. He said I would have to call another number but he gave it so fast and illegible that I wasn't able to write it down. When I asked to speak to someone else, he said I would have to call yet another number I could not understand. I finally disputed the charge directly through my credit card company.

This place is extremely nice compared to the first hotel I stayed at. The staff is super cool, they have a very good personality and joke around with people. They are really professional and are really good at their jobs. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. My room was quiet, usually I can hear things like talking and tv’s in the room next to me but it was pretty quiet like I didn’t have any neighbors. The rooms are really clean and the housekeepers seem like they value their jobs. This is one of the best holiday inns I’ve stayed at and I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Stayed at this hotel while in town for a wedding. Was impressed from the point of driving in to the parking lot, everything was so neat and clean. The manager on duty, Eliza L. was so friendly and attentive. The room was extremely clean. On Saturday morning the breakfast area was very clean and the food was excellent as it was on Sunday also. Overall I throughly enjoyed my stay. Five stars for sure.
