Very conveniently located off the side of the highway! Easy to get checked into a room, shower was very warm and the bed was clean

In the beginning the manager acts like he wants to work with you but the moment you start to question him things go wrong. My family and I have been homeless, and he was very much aware of our situation....We were a family of 6 and he forced us to get 2 rooms (even though other families are allowed to get air mattresses and stay in 1 room) which in result we were paying $980 a week. We told them about the roaches in the rooms, outside the rooms but they did nothing about them. We started questioning him about money that our cashapp receipt was showing but not on the ledger from the hotel and he couldn't account for where the money went. We were 1 week from being there 90 days which he knew he couldn't just kick us out without going thru the courts, so he REFUSED to extend our room and made

The room was sufficient beds could be updated and bedding was a little scratchy for personal taste. Water pressure was excellent for showers, no stopper for a bath though which wasnt a huge deal. We didnt stay a full night (we have well issues and needed showers) but it seemed like a nice quiet area and for the most part clean.

The worst experience ever in my life since I’ve been here for the last six months it has been hell. One day the hot water is out the next day. All the water is dirty sewer water. I am in the process of packing up all my stuff and moving into my car. Because the whole room has flooded not only has my room been flooded, but every room downstairs has flooded . Remind you I pay these people $394 every week only for me to have all of the clothes that I just washed wet with sewer water. Remind you, the water was shooting from the vent coming out the bathroom. You could literally hear the water shooting out of the vent from the bathroom. And do you know he told me to wait 15 minutes and it should be fixed meanwhile, the floor was flooded by the time I made it back to my room. Please do not wast
