We attended opening day (2 parents and 2 young children). We arrived 30 mins late and they kindly gave us 30 mins extra. The facility is better than Boreal for tubing (we went there last year at this time) because the lanes are much longer, restrooms are closer-cleaner - new, parking lot is better for normal sized cars. I counted 11 tubing lanes (fluctuates up or down by number of riders). Tubes were brand new - and had harder bottom surfaces for smaller riders’ momentum. Staff was friendly and appeared to be mostly local young people. Demand was high and like most other tubing places a better line system to keep families together would be optimal. Parents want to go down the hill with their small children not before or after. Designing for this could be a major improvement. This chal

Went on a Saturday with the family and had a good time. No real wait times or lines during our 9-11 am session. I think the opening day crowds people have complained about are not indicative of what a normal Saturday will be like going forward. It did start to get busier right around 11, so I’d say come early if you can. The hill was fun, long, and fast. Some lanes were faster than others but it was fun trying the different lanes out. Staff were friendly and not overly strict. Kids loved it. The reservation system is weird but familiar to anyone who’s ever bought ski passes at Rose. It’s the same system. Each member of our family had to have their own separate account, even the kids. They haven’t finished the lodge yet but there was a fully functional, very nice bathroom. We’ll probabl

What a great family experience!!!!!! If you're not a great snow boarder or skier and you want to take the family out for a snow day I highly recommend this place! Thanks to Anthony for coming through the line and giving the QR code for the waivers because the website is 100% absolute trash in trying to complete it you'll make duplicate profiles and still not be able to finish for some ungodly reason other than that amazing experience!

Really bad website Super long lines Really bad reservation system Update: the management team issued a refund and were really nice about it. They seemed to understand that this was an issue and didn’t think twice about the refund. I hope they figure it out as it seems like a good idea, maybe not for adults or preteens and older but def for little Kids and anyone who hasn’t had any experience on a snow day.

We visited WildSlide Tahoe at Mt. Rose on December 30th, opening day, and went in excited after seeing the website and media promotions. In terms of what’s advertised, you do get exactly what’s promised: a 750-meter tubing slide with roughly 20 lanes, although one lane was closed during our visit. There is also a motorized conveyor belt that takes you back to the top, meaning no walking uphill and no carrying tubes, which was extremely convenient and especially helpful for younger kids. The biggest drawback was the wait time. On average, we waited about 30 minutes per slide. During our two-hour reservation window, most of the time was spent standing in line rather than actually tubing. The top of the hill became severely congested, often with 15 or more tubes ahead of you at any given tim
