Peppermill Resort Spa Casino

The Peppermill was lovely. The spa was amazing and the food was good. We had a rocky start because of flight delays and getting in after midnight our room was given away. They got us into a room that night and the next day our casino host fixed us up in a great corner room with a steam shower and a good view. In the end she ended up comping our rooms and most of our food. They more than made up for the mistake. We will be visiting again. |Patrick and Marci E

I was fairly happy with my stay until it was time to leave. I was trying to do a nice thing and get a pair of earrings for someone that left them in their room. I was staying in town longer and had the ability to grab them for her. First, it's nearly impossible to find the security area. After being told confidently by an employee that it was on the second floor I finally found someone who knew and they walked me to the area on the first floor. Once there I had to use the phone to contact someone. They told me they would send someone right over. 15-20 minutes later I hadn't seen anyone so I called again. They said it could take time because they are still looking for the item. Finally a security guard comes walking down the hall, at a snails pace mind you. He has the earrings but said he c

Everything were good but I was a bit disappointed with the size of the room. We got the 2x King room suite, the room space was too small as a suite, it's just like the size of a regular hotel room but the bathroom's very spacious.Very clean carpet and jacuzzi tub.Toiletries are not good quality, bring your own.

Got a last minute room after a flight cancellation and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the resort was. The room was very reasonably priced and clean. The airport shuttle was very convenient. My only complaint is that the area around it is not the best, but everything on the property was great.

Wow, what a surprise! This was actually our first trip to Reno and we loved staying at the Peppermill for 3 nights. It was higher class than what we expected (even though the pictures made it look beautiful -- they were accurate!!) and it so lovely everywhere we went. The staff were so very kind, helpful and caring! The casino was well lit, bright and super clean with a comfortable, energetic vibe. It couldn't have been nicer. Our games are craps and buffalo slots, and we both did well 🤗. We forgot to use our "passport rewards" card several times while gambling, so we missed out on some points, but that's ok, now we know! Live & learn! Oh, but apparently we already have enough points for 3 nights comp'd coming to us over the next three months! We will definitely be coming back! Hi
